shoreline main floor remodel

The owner's goal for this project was to rejuvenate the main floor of their 1940s Shoreline home. The floor plan was opened up to connect the living room and kitchen while providing much-needed storage and a dining area for the family of six. The kitchen was completely remodeled, including a new walk-in pantry with coffee bar, butcher block peninsula and more space to work. The original oak flooring was refinished with a semi-translucent stain. A wide hall to the lower floor provides a space for a coat closet, storage cabinet, and home for an antique piano family heirloom.
